Blog VS Time

I have a truck load of blog material that I've saved up, and I'm awake and I am just barely keeping my laptop alive (the plug is a bit finicky and won't stay in the proper position for very long... I should prooooobably fix that........) so maybe I'll just have some kind of blogging marathon; a blogathon, if you like.

Well, first off, I'd just like to say that I am really digging Prada F2009RTW, right now.

Check it out if you have the time! The first time I went through the slide show, I was left a bit unimpressed, but I returned to it later in the same day and fell in love with it. A very dark, mostly charcoal, color pallette with jolts of red and mustard in wool and dyed furs; Classic coats, sexy shifts, beautiful, embellished wool, and totally brutal, leather strip dresses; SO worth your while.

These detail shots (also from style, BTW...) are so gorgeous. The hair with the rich colors and pale skin... Absolute perfection.

Some really sick shoes were shown, as well. These ones are my favorites:

The fringe on the heel reminds me of spurs on cowboy boots. That mustard color is so cool and all the studs make these ultra special. I have a feeling that once they hit stores, there will be some kind of frenzy - the new "IT" shoe, perhaps? All I'm saying is, if I could afford them, I would buy them and rock the fuck out of them day and night.

ALSO...

I am pretty sure that I could spend my whole summer in this perfect Fred Perry dress I found on UO.LINK
The collar on this is soooo charming and I can just imagine myself wearing it with long, messy hair and some old ballet flats.

I'm up late, so why not?

These photos are too lovely. Victorian, but kind of fucked-up and circus-y. Jolly good.
